To further leverage the principal role of members of the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and promote their performance of duties, the Training Program to Enhance the Performance Capabilities of Members of the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee 2025 was officially launched from June 24 to June 26. Vice Chairpersons of the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee, including Zhang Ying, Luo Shijun, Li Bin, and Kong Yu, attended the opening ceremony.

The training program was designed around three key dimensions, namely "strengthening political resolve, broadening strategic vision, and focusing on innovation-driven momentum", with experts from relevant fields invited to deliver specialized lectures. The curriculum featured rich content and focused themes, ranging from "Analysis of the Century-Long Changes and Sino-U.S. Strategic Rivalry" to "Reflections on China's Current Hot Topics" and "Artificial Intelligence and Regional High-Quality Development". These topics closely aligned with the strategic directions of CPPCC members' daily consultations, proposal writing, and information reporting, helping them enhance their professional competencies in fulfilling their duties.

The meeting emphasized that the training program closely followed the "Five-in-One" integrated working system, empowering members to improve their political leadership, research and investigation skills, professional consultation capabilities, targeted supervision, consensus-building cohesion, and institutional execution.

Members were encouraged to take this training as an opportunity to deepen their understanding, refine their ideological direction through tempering, apply their learning to practice, enhance their performance skills through study and practice, uphold truth and pragmatism, foster integrity and positive conduct in working style, and contribute more wisdom and strength to building a "Refined Happy Urban District of Jiangbei".
