On February 26, the Jiangbei District Market Regulatory Administration, together with the People's Congress Bund Subdistrict Working Committee and social supervisors, conducted a food safety inspection on the kitchen and cafeteria of the Jiangbei Central School. This action is an important part of the special investigation and rectification of campus food safety in the beginning of a new semester, aiming to further strengthen the school's main responsibility for food safety, strictly prevent and control food safety risks, and effectively safeguard teachers and students. A field inspection During the inspection process, deputies to the Jiangbei District People's Congress, law enforcement personnel, and school management personnel went deep into the kitchen of the cafeteria to focus on key aspects such as food raw material procurement channels, storage management, processing and production processes, dish quality, and disinfection of catering utensils and so on. Law enforcement officers also inspected the dining area, kitchen operation room, food storage warehouse and other places in the cafeteria, and checked the details of food samples and health certificates of employees one by one.
Law enforcement officers inspect the retained food samples. In response to some detailed issues discovered during the inspection, law enforcement personnel put forward specific improvement suggestions. In addition, law enforcement officers also proposed optimization suggestions for the food sample retention system in the cafeteria. The sample retention amount and storage time must be strictly implemented according to regulations to ensure timely traceability in case of any problems.
Law enforcement officers propose improvement suggestions. It is reported that the food safety inspection for the new semester will cover 124 schools in the entire district. As of now, 65 schools have been inspected, and all problems found have been ordered to be rectified. Recently, the Huizhen Academy in Ningbo conducted an inspection upon random requirements. "The safety of campus food is related to the health of every teacher and student, and we must conduct inspections with the strictest standards and the most meticulous attitude," said the person in charge of the Jiangbei District Market Regulatory Administration. |
