In the morning on the same day, Zhang Guofeng firstly visited the Ningbo Jiangbei Chaoyi Flower and Tree Professional Cooperative located in the Xinhua Village, Cicheng Town to inspect the growth of bonsai seedlings and inquired in detail about the current business situation, development plan, and market situation with the cooperative leader, asking "What are the main countries our products are sold to?" "How much sales can we achieve in a year?" "How much bonsai can be purchased from surrounding farmers?". On limited land resources, we must strive to create greater economic benefits." Zhang Guofeng affirmed the stable development of the cooperative, pointing out that the cooperative should adhere to the red line for farmland protection, strengthen development confidence, scientifically plan and layout, fully play the leading role of being an industrial leader, accurately meet with domestic and foreign market demands, fully utilize advantageous resources such as brands, technologies, platforms, etc., drive surrounding farmers to jointly develop new bonsai products, broaden sales channels, and jointly promote the strengthening and refinement of the bonsai industry. He also pointed out that the cooperative should strive to add new impetus to rural revitalization and cultural tourism development through high-level natural resource protection and efficient utilization.

Later on, Zhang Guofeng came to the Banpu Village, Cicheng Town. At the Luxury Huazhu · Simple Homestay renovated from the original Banpu Health Care Center, Zhang Guofeng conducted field inspections of the construction progress and internal environment of the homestay, and had in-depth discussions with the homestay manager to gain a detailed understanding of the overall planning, operation management, and marketing of the homestay. Zhang Guofeng encouraged the homestay to fully utilize the authentic rural resources in the Banpu Village, continue to exert efforts for standardization, quality improvement, differentiation, and specialization, constantly expand marketing channels, increase publicity and promotion efforts, and promote high-standard planning, high-level construction, and high-quality operation. Zhang Guofeng demanded that the Cicheng Town, the Banpu Village, and relevant departments prioritize ecological protection, carefully plan and reasonably layout, make good use of idle rural resources, attract more social capital to participate in rural revitalization, continue to strengthen and optimize characteristic industries, continuously strengthen the village collective economy, and drive villagers to increase income and become prosperous.

At the meeting, Zhang Guofeng listened to two rural instructors' reports on the progress and future plans of their work in the village, and fully affirmed their achievements in the early stage. He emphasized the need to continuously consolidate the foundation of grassroots Party building, strengthen the construction of the Party member teams, give full play to the exemplary role of Party members, and pay attention to the cultivation and reserve of backup forces, attract more talents to return and participate in rural construction, cultivate new industries and formats in rural areas, stimulate the vitality of agricultural and rural development, and effectively enhance the creativity, cohesion, and combat effectiveness of grassroots Party organizations.
