Recently, a Party and government delegation from the Huangzhou District, led by Chen Feng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Huangzhou District Committee and District Mayor of the Huangzhou District, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, came to Jiangbei for researches and exchanges. To support the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements in the old revolutionary base areas, since last year, Jiangbei and Huangzhou have officially launched pairing cooperation. This time, both sides will implement the decisions and arrangements of the superior Party committees and the government, and continue to deepen regional cooperation for mutual benefit and win-win development. Jiangbei District leaders, including Xu Huixiang, Yu Ning, Xu Guangming, Cheng Li, and a leader of the Huangzhou District, namely Wang Zhenlin, participated in the activity.

During the researches and exchanges, the Party and government delegation of the Huangzhou District visited the Daren Village Pastoral Complex, the Ningbo (Qianyang) Live Streaming Center, the Qianyang E-Business Town and related enterprises, as well as the Cicheng Ancient County Town and so on in the Jiangbei District to carry out researches and investigate in detail the construction promotion and experience and measures of Jiangbei in agricultural tourism integration, live streaming economy, e-commerce economy and so on.

At the Joint Party and Government Meeting between the two districts, the two sides signed the Jiangbei-Huangzhou Pairing Cooperation Framework Agreement, laying a solid foundation for comprehensive and win-win cooperation between the two districts. Chen Feng introduced the economic and social development of the Huangzhou District and exchanged the information on the progress of industrial development, cultural tourism and so on in the Huangzhou District. Regarding the pairing cooperation between the two districts for the next step, Chen Feng expressed the hope that the two sides would deepen industrial cooperation based on the framework agreement, fully utilize the advantages of the two districts in cultural tourism, rural revitalization, science and technology, commerce and logistics, and strengthen cooperation and exchanges; deepen cooperation in infrastructure construction and involve Jiangbei in projects such as urban renewal, renovation of old residential areas, urban infrastructure construction, and district development in the Huangzhou District to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results; deepen cooperation in basic public services, jointly build and share high-quality education and medical resources between the two districts, and continuously improve the well-being of the people of the two districts; deepen the exchange and cooperation mechanism, strengthen pairing assistance between the two districts, and promote the exchanges of ideas, working styles and methods.

Xu Huixiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jiangbei District Committee and District Mayor of the Jiangbei District, introduced the economic and social development of the Jiangbei District. He said that although Jiangbei and Huangzhou are thousands of miles apart, they are both central urban areas, with similar regional conditions and complementary advantages. For the next step, the two districts will strengthen communication and deepen cooperation, work together to implement and develop the content of the agreement, and work together to create a model of pairing cooperation. Xu Huixiang said that it is necessary to build a working mechanism with high standards, deepen plans, plan projects, and implement measures, promote the cooperation between the two sides to further deepen and consolidate through project-based methods, and create a batch of highlighted projects with Jiangbei characteristics and Huangzhou elements; promote full use of complementary advantages through multiple measures and focus on "mutual needs, capabilities, and win-win results" in industrial cooperation, cultural and tourism integration, consumption collaboration, rural revitalization, education and medical care and so on, and achieve coordinated development and mutual benefit between the two districts; gather efforts to create a model for pairing cooperation, explore various forms such as the construction of industrial demonstration zones, and regularly carry out pairing activities, striving to form a multi-field cooperation pattern with the support of the government and the participation of the whole society.
