In the morning of April 17, the CPC Jiangbei District Committee Theoretical Learning Center Group (Expanded) Meeting was held. Zhang Guofeng presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. District leaders, including Fei Weihua and Zou Yuming, attended the meeting. Li Guanjie, Pan Weifeng, Gu Guoxing, Hu Wenbin, Fu Xin, Zhan Wei, and Xu Jie delivered speeches as well, while Han Ligang submitted a written exchange.

Zhang Guofeng pointed out that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches and issued a series of important directives on strengthening the Party’s work style, scientifically answering the questions of what to focus on and how to advance work style construction under the new circumstances, providing a powerful ideological tool for promoting normalization and long-term effectiveness. He emphasized the need to deepen understanding and forge loyalty, temper a robust work style through alignment, inherit fine traditions by learning from the past, champion a pragmatic work style through the unity of knowledge and action, and cultivate diligence and integrity by solving problems, firmly shouldering the political responsibility of work style construction.

 

Zhang Guofeng stressed that all Party members and cadres should conduct self-assessment to identify gaps, consistently uphold the inner creed of the Party spirit, maintain the proactive spirit of correcting issues, establish a clear orientation of pragmatism and progress, and persevere with unwavering determination, integrating "study, inspection, rectification, and promotion" to enhance the ideological consciousness of refining work styles.

Zhang Guofeng emphasized that we need to vigorously promote the "Six-Do" work style, effectively transforming educational achievements into tangible results that drive Jiangbei’s high-quality development, and striving to deliver high-scoring answers in work style construction.

 

We should shoulder responsibilities and missions, demonstrating outcomes in serving the broader development agenda. Strengthen the pursuit of "daring to take the lead and setting an example", implement the "4+1" key requirements to higher standards, advance the "1285" implementation campaign, and firmly establish and practice a correct view of performance, contributing more to the provincial and municipal development overall situation.

We need to embrace the spirit of striving, showcasing outcomes in proactively tackling challenges. Foster a sense of urgency of "no time to delay", galvanize the morale of "pressing forward against adversity", and demonstrate the resolve to surpass and strive for excellence, displaying steadfast commitment in major project breakthroughs, transforming development momentum, stabilizing foreign trade and investment, upgrading urban-rural quality, and innovating social governance, striving for excellence in all tasks.

It’s necessary to nurture compassion for the people, reflecting outcomes in improving people’s livelihoods. Utilize mechanisms like "Four Visits to the Grassroots" and "Joint Visits", deepen the campaign to "enter households, understand needs, and resolve concerns", tangibly address the public’s "urgent and difficult problems, and anxieties”, and wholeheartedly advance livelihood projects in education, healthcare, elderly care, etc., achieving new milestones in common prosperity demonstration.

We are supposed to safeguard security bottom line, manifesting outcomes in risk prevention and resolution. Consistently uphold bottom-line thinking and extreme-scenario thinking, with a sense of responsibility of "constant vigilance" and execution of "thorough implementation", rigorously investigate and rectify risks to ensure source security, intrinsic safety, systematic safety, and overall safety.

It’s a must to uphold Party-building leadership, demonstrating outcomes in cadre team development. Iteratively implement the "North Shore Red · Comprehensive Strengthening" foundational project, optimize the structure of village and community "two committees", deepen the cadre work system of "evaluating people by deeds", rigorously apply the "Three Distinctions", and utilize the "Four Forms" to further motivate cadres, fostering a clean and upright political ecosystem.
