In the afternoon of January 16, Xu Huixiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jiangbei District Committee and District Mayor of the Jiangbei District, led a team to conduct a pre-holiday safety production inspection, urging enterprises to implement their safety production responsibilities and ensure the safety of the local residents during the holiday. 

At the Jiangbei Branch, Ningbo Chemical Raw Materials Co., Ltd., Xu Huixiang conducted special safety inspections on the company's operating environment, equipment use, hazardous chemical storage, lightning protection and anti-static electricity equipment and so on. Xu Huixiang reminded business operators to effectively assume the main responsibility for enterprise safety production, standardize operating procedures, implement warehouse and transportation safety management systems, strengthen daily training and supervision of employees, and comprehensively enhance safety production awareness.

Subsequently, Xu Huixiang came to the Ningbo Jiangbei Xiangsheng Liquefied Gas Co., Ltd., saying that liquefied gas is related to people's livelihood and supply. Enterprises should always be vigilant in filling, transportation and other aspects, tighten the string of safety production, and ensure the safety of people's gas consumption. At the Yaoma Metal Products Co., Ltd., Xu Huixiang visited the factory to check the environment and requested relevant personnel to carry out further rectification and improvement of the factory area in conjunction with the renovation of the small and micro industrial parks, to ensure the safety and smoothness of internal channels. He also required local subdistricts and relevant departments to conduct regular safety production inspections, supervise enterprises to carry out independent transformation, and ensure that all responsibilities are implemented properly.

Finally, Xu Huixiang visited the Jiangshan Wanli Jiuzhou project site, which is currently under construction, to understand the progress of the project construction and the implementation of safety management measures. Xu Huixiang emphasized that as the Spring Festival approaches, while ensuring that key projects are not suspended, it is even more important to comprehensively strengthen the safety production defense line. We must always place safety production in an important position, improve management systems, strengthen daily management, implement various measures in place, conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility of the enterprise, and effectively achieve safety training and management to ensure safety production. Local subdistricts and functional departments should strengthen supervision and comprehensively improve the level of regional intrinsic safety.
