Recently, the Jiangbei Global (Red Cross) Emergency Rescue Center, in conjunction with the Social Work Department of the CPC Jiangbei District Committee, the Jiangbei District Red Cross Society, and the Jiangbei District Drowning Prevention Office, jointly held a drowning prevention safety knowledge lecture and emergency skill training activity. Through a combination of online and offline methods, it brought a vivid safety education course to more than 900 teachers and students from the Lingfeng School.

In the training activities, not only traditional safety knowledge lectures and case studies were conducted, but also demonstrations of water intelligent robots, drones, and their applications in emergency rescues and so on were introduced. These intelligent tools not only enhance the intuitiveness and attractiveness of drowning prevention publicity, but also provide efficient technical support for practical rescues. 

During the practical operation of the safety education and training site, Teacher Guo Chaosheng from the Emergency Rescue Center provided a detailed introduction to the operating procedures of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automatic external defibrillator (AED), and Heimlich first aid method, allowing teachers and students to learn and practice in simulated situations to ensure quick response and effective rescue in emergency situations.

"The purpose of this safety education activity is to enhance the public's safety awareness and self-rescue and mutual assistance abilities, especially among young people, through a combination of technologies and education. We will continue to deepen cooperation, explore more innovative ways, and create a safer environment for children," said the person in charge of the Jiangbei Global (Red Cross) Emergency Rescue Center.

For the next step, multiple departments within the district will strengthen collaboration, enhance children's self-protection awareness, prevent risks such as drowning and electric shock, etc., so as to ensure that children have a safe and happy summer vacation.
