In the morning of June 17, the 5th Chairman Meeting of the 6th People's Political Consultative Conference in Jiangbei was held by the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee to study the Plan for Special Investigation and Democratic Supervision of the Action of Helping the District to Improve Stability and Quality Development. Zou Yuming, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Group of the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Yunlai, Vice Chairman and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee, Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee, Luo Shijun, Ge Liming, Li Bin and Weng Wei, Secretary General of the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee, attended the meeting.

On June 16, after the CPC Jiangbei District Committee held the Promotion Meeting for the Steady Progress and Quality Improvement of the Whole District, the CPPCC Jiangbei District Committee immediately studied and issued the Plan for Special Investigation and Democratic Supervision of the Action of Helping the District to Improve Stability and Quality Development in the first place. Led by the members of the Chairman Meeting, 7 investigation groups were dispatched to conduct in-depth investigation and visit 34 enterprises and more than 100 member enterprises to help accelerate steady progress and recovery of the economy.

Zou Yuming stressed that the action of steadily improving quality development is the central work and key work of the current period for the CPC Jiangbei District Committee and the Jiangbei District People's Government. We should attach great importance to it ideologically, deeply realize that helping enterprises to relieve difficulties is the key to stabilizing the overall economic situation, and actively participate in special research and democratic supervision; it is necessary to enhance the "front-line" awareness, carry forward the "front-line" style, take the initiative to find and study problems, go all out to help enterprises for further development, and strive to solve the "front-line" problems; we should pay close attention to implementation and practical results, complete the visit and investigation of all enterprises by the end of June, and work out high-quality special investigation reports and democratic supervision reports, so as to contribute to the CPPCC's efforts to resolutely win the fight of improving the quality of economic stability and promoting the acceleration of economic stability and development.
